Blockchain sleuth ZachXBT has once again sparked debate in the crypto community. This time, it’s not about a rug pull or stolen funds, but a leak showing how much crypto influencers charge for promotions.

The list, posted on X, reveals rates ranging from $50 to $60,000 per post, with only a small fraction of influencers disclosing these as paid ads.

What the leak revealed

According to ZachXBT, the leak contained over 200 entries tied to 160+ influencers. Less than 5% of those who took deals openly labeled them as promotions. The spreadsheet also included wallet addresses, allowing analysts to trace financial connections that could link back to past scandals.

This matters because undisclosed advertising has often been tied to pump-and-dump tokens. Recently, the $143 million CR7 rug pull raised similar concerns about influencer-driven hype campaigns.

One detail drawing attention is the identity shift of influencer @xiacalls, who previously operated under another persona accused of catfishing, yet reportedly charged nearly $2,000 for just two promo posts.

Another case involved @Atitty_, listed at $60,000 per promotion, with ZachXBT suggesting that giveaway-driven engagement inflated the fee.
